Job Title: Support Worker (NDIS Provider - Heroes 4 Life) Location: South Brisbane

Position Overview: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Heroes 4 Life.
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day support and care to our clients, promoting their well-being and independence in line with NDIS guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to clients with disabilities in their homes or within the community.Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.Foster a safe and inclusive environment that respects the dignity and autonomy of each client.Encourage and facilitate community participation and social activities.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and the client's support network to ensure the best possible outcomes.Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with NDIS requirements.Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.Qualifications: Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role preferred.Cert III in Individual Support or similar required.Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.Ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each client.Knowledge of NDIS policies and procedures is a plus.Benefits: Competitive hourly rate ($35/hr).Opportunities for professional development and training.A supportive and collaborative team environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.Flexible work schedules to accommodate a healthy work-life balance.How to Apply: If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual with a desire to support and empower individuals with disabilities, we invite you to apply for the Support Worker position at Heroes 4 Life.
