Project Manager

Start on a brand new project in Feb. You'll get a bonus, recognition for your work and career growth in an agile builder that is growing fast.
Why is this role for you?You are a PM with a few projects under your belt but are bored in your role and you need a new challenge in 2025.
Maybe you are in a corporate business with tonnes of people above you blocking career opportunities or perhaps you want a more diverse range of projects to work on.
You've always liked the idea of working with a smaller builder where you are actively involved in more than just project management and you can develop your skills and climb the career ladder.
This company can offer that benefit to you without the big risk.
They have a settled team (no one has left in 2.5 years), they do lots of repeat work with clients and their pipeline for 2025 is amazing - hence the need for a new PM.
Joining now means you'd be at the start of a big growth phase which means you'll be first in line to be their next SPM or project director in the future.
Starting salary is in the $200k - $250k package range plus a yearly bonus paid at Christmas and they offer flexible hours and WFH.

You have 3+ years post-grad experience as a PM delivering new build projects in construction.You can demonstrate that you are a team player who enjoys helping others and you want to work in a smaller, close-knit team.You can work autonomously and want to learn new skills from senior people around you.You have a degree, diploma or cert IV in a construction related field.I'm intrigued, what's the next step?You don't need to send a CV at this stage.
