EveryOne, a division of Metricon, is a dedicated business unit of Australia's leading builder, Metricon Homes.
It focusses purely on delivering Social, Affordable and Accessible Housing for Government and Community Housing Provider customers to address the needs of disadvantaged people across Australia.
We are seeking an experienced SITE MANAGER to take on the responsibility for managing an estate of this major project in QLD that Metricon has been awarded in delivering 483 affordable homes across four key estates — two north & two south of Brisbane.
Strategically selected for strong community infrastructure, proximity to public transport, and access to essential services.
The homes include a variety of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom designs to cater to a diverse range of residents, including individuals, couples, and families with young children.

Reporting to the Building Support Manager, your responsibilities will include: Be the site management point of contact during the north estate build stage of this project Be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of these homes Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process Partner with your Construction Manager and go through each of your jobs on your Clickhomes and be supportive to you Maximising site production by ensuring sub contract trade availability Scheduling and partner with trades on site Proactively resolving build issues as they arise Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices Fostering a positive and focused culture; and Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will have: Current experience as a Site Manager with residential volume builders in Queensland ideally in social and affordable homes Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills Well versed in new homes contracts The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines; and Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
