The Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to run our HR department.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to commence in a standalone role while working to develop and grow our HR function from the ground up.
We are looking for someone with the ability to work autonomously while being supported by our highly engaged and experienced Executive team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Provide ER/IR advice and support to management.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of our workforce.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Develop and execute learning and development programs.
Provide HR perspective on operational matters and report on HR metrics.
Ensure compliance with Fair Work and other relevant legislation.
To be the Head of Human Resources with Aunty Grace, you must have:
At least 5+ years' experience in a HR leadership role.
Formal qualifications (bachelor's degree or higher) in Human Resources or similar.
A National Criminal History Check / Police Check showing no disclosable Court Outcomes or Convictions, and no greater than 3 years since the date of issue.
The desire to create a truly amazing workplace.
