The role requires the Business Manager to consult with our valued clients offering competitive solutions for finance and insurance.
They will manage all aspects of the finance and insurance function and support dealership sales and CSI/NPS targets whilst providing finance and insurance to customers in a professional and ethical manner.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEstablish short- and long-term finance and insurance sales targets in conjunction with Financial Controller.Manage all aspects of finance and insurance to achieve sales targets.Provide customers with finance and insurance options to assist the buying process and actively participate in closing deals.Ensure finance and insurance sales processes adhere to the manufacturers' guiding principles and company policy.Ensure the accuracy and prompt settlement of all insurance products.Present finance and insurance options for customers, offering all products at all times.Ensure total customer satisfaction by striving to achieve better than average CSI levels.Ensure customer service matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently.Skills & ExperiencePrevious F&I sales experience in the automotive industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional and enthusiastic presentation and approach.Results-driven and customer-centric approach.Able to use Microsoft Office and software programs.Driver's licence required.BenefitsCompetitive salary base, commissions & company vehicle.5 day working week.Work for an iconic, aspirational luxury brand.Values-driven culture and supportive environment.Regular employee engagement and wellbeing activities.Opportunities to support community partnerships with our Group CMV Foundation.Enjoy annual company dinners, picnics, and Christmas hampers.How to applyIf you feel you meet the required criteria and want to become an important part of our successful team, then please click "Apply" to submit your cover letter and resume.By clicking Apply now, you will be directed to the company's careers system to create an account/sign in to complete your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
