West Technology has partnered with a forward-thinking Australian MSP known for its exceptional services to an array of clients in the Penrith and Western Sydney area.
As a Lead Service Desk Analyst, you'll be leading a dynamic team, overseeing local and offshore support analysts, while playing a pivotal role in propelling the business to continue growing.
The scope of your role will encompass: Providing expert guidance and leadership to our service desk team.
Immersing yourself in various client environments spanning desktop, server, networking, and cloud technologies.
Cultivating and nurturing client relationships with dedication.
Steering client projects from system implementations to seamless migrations.
Skilfully managing relationships with third-party vendors and solution providers.
I'm seeking a Level 3 service desk analyst with prior leadership experience or a burning ambition to ascend into leadership.
You should have a genuine passion for technology, with a knack for resolving desktop, server, and networking challenges.
Previous MSP experience at Level 3 is non-negotiable.
Prerequisites for the role will encompass: Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
A solid history in Level 3 role within an MSP environment.
Relevant IT qualifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc.
Proven experience supporting Windows Servers and Desktops.
Proficiency in Azure Cloud, O365, Veeam, VMware/Hyper-V. Adept communication skills with a polished phone presence.
A proactive, customer-centric work ethic.
