About the Role: As our next Project Manager, you'll take the lead on a variety of civil construction projects across NSW, including bulk earthworks, detailed excavation, stormwater, subdivisions, and more.
Reporting directly to the Director and Operations Manager, you'll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You'll also be a key player in helping us grow and evolve as a company.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the entire construction process, ensuring projects are safe, on time, on budget, and meet all design requirements.Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor financials, track budgets, and provide clear, timely updates on project progress.Anticipate and address potential issues, keeping projects running smoothly and ensuring successful delivery.Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping expand our project portfolio.What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing civil construction projects up to $20 million.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with project management and accounting tools is an advantage.A proactive, positive problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with others and tackling challenges head-on.Why You'll Love Working With Us: 27 years of experience and a strong track record of success in the civil construction industry.Competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities for career advancement.Work with a fun, supportive, and collaborative team where your contributions truly matter.Flexible work options and a great work-life balance.No agencies, please.
