Reporting to our Head of Product and Pricing the ideal candidate will manage the development of new products and product features/ enhancements and ensure successful execution working closely with internal stakeholders and developers offshore.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee new feature and development projects, ensuring timely completion of milestones.Lead product development, coordinating with external providers for seamless integration.Streamline operations by implementing and optimizing product automation.Design and maintain dashboards for real-time project tracking and performance metrics.Ensure new and existing features meet business and client needs.Handle technical requests from external providers, ensuring project alignment.Monitor project progress, providing stakeholder updates and managing risks.Oversee tech onboarding for new providers, ensuring smooth transitions.Offer technical support to internal teams and external partners.Collaborate with teams to align product development with company strategy.Ensure product quality through close collaboration with Sales and Partners.Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with company goals.Regularly report to the Head of Product on project status and risks.Identify and implement improvements in product development processes.Stay updated on FinTech/Prop Trading trends to enhance offerings.Who are you? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in product development, with a focus on technology providers or FinTech environments, particularly in startup settings.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects from concept to execution.Strong technical background with experience in development lifecycles, automation tools, and tracking systems.Strong understanding of internal and external stakeholder management, particularly in managing relationships with tech providers.Proficiency in dashboard creation and management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for real-time tracking.Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Self-driven and highly organised, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams.Experience in reporting to senior management and delivering clear, concise project updates.Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term goals.Are you interested in this opportunity but don't meet every requirement?
