We are seeking a Residential Site Supervisor for our growing business for a new year start.
This exciting opportunity provides an enjoyable working environment with strong growth opportunities both personally and professionally.
Salary package will be based on your experience and qualifications.
Based in Port Elliot, SA, this role will be responsible for residential projects throughout the Fleurieu Peninsula.
The role encompasses a mix of custom new homes and major renovations.
The successful applicant must have had high-end residential experience, while some commercial construction experience would be beneficial.
You will work closely with the Construction Manager and Office Manager to ensure a smooth build process from start to finish.
Typical duties include : Liaising with all trades and suppliersProgramming and scheduling of tradesEffective communication with other team membersQuality control of trades throughout the construction processGeneral reporting and administrative dutiesImplementation and recording of all OH&S requirementsEssential skills and characteristics : Reliable, honest, and positiveHigh-end residential construction experienceConstruction knowledgeComprehensive knowledge of all relevant tradesEffective time management and high attention to detailAbility to work well in a team and autonomouslyRequired qualifications : Construction Induction (White card)Drivers LicenceSouth Australian Supervisor RegistrationAll applicants must be located south of AdelaideIf you believe you are the person we are looking for, then please send a cover letter and a copy of your current resume by hitting 'APPLY'.
