About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director - Specialised Agribusiness Solutions to lead and grow a high-value portfolio within the corporate agribusiness sector. In this role, you will deliver complex financing and advisory solutions to pre- and post-farm gate agribusiness clients, with a focus on supporting businesses to expand and thrive. You will be responsible for leading a highly skilled team, developing strong client relationships, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement client relationship and sales strategies to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value agribusiness clients.
Lead and support credit submissions, annual reviews, and other credit correspondence, while ensuring clients' financial needs are met.
Analyse client and industry-specific data, providing valuable insights and thought leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
Provide first-class support and account management to clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Actively network and build your personal and brand presence within the agribusiness community to facilitate origination and cross-selling opportunities.
About You
Proven experience in managing or leading a successful portfolio of agribusiness or corporate banking clients.
Strong passion for the agribusiness industry and providing solutions for complex client needs.
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor a team and foster a collaborative environment.
Deep understanding of financial services, products, and services, with expertise in financial modelling and current tax and accounting standards.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to develop creative and resourceful solutions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on client service excellence.
