We are seeking an experienced Agribusiness Banking Manager to join in Moree, NSW. In this role, you'll support local farmers and agribusinesses.
About the Role
Are you passionate about agribusiness and banking? We are seeking an experienced Agribusiness Banking Manager to join a dynamic team in Moree, NSW. As the Agribusiness Banking Manager, you will play a key role in supporting local farmers, agribusinesses, and the wider agricultural community. You will provide expert financial advice and solutions tailored to the unique needs of the region, helping businesses grow and thrive in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
Provide tailored financial solutions including loans, cash flow management, and investment advice to meet the unique needs of agricultural clients.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their financial needs and offer proactive support.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service and outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide up-to-date advice and strategic insights.
Manage risk by maintaining a strong understanding of the agribusiness landscape and market conditions.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth in the region.
About You
Proven experience in agribusiness banking, commercial banking, or a similar financial role.
A strong understanding of the agricultural sector and the challenges faced by farmers and agribusinesses.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to develop trust and loyalty.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in an easily understandable way.
Strong analytical skills and experience in assessing financial risk.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
A relevant qualification in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
