About the role ? ? We're seeking a Manager – Commercial Collections to be responsible for managing workflow and capacity to achieve optimal outcomes across credit risk, collections, cost, service, and quality.

Day-to-day, you will: ? You'll be accountable for the daily performance of the commercial credit operations team within the Customer Solutions & Australian Markets Partnerships (CS&) function You'll build a successful, effective and collaborative team, embodying a positive culture You'll demonstrates curiosity in diving deep into supporting data to proactively uncover potential issues / opportunities You'll provide in depth subject matter analysis and recommendations This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: ? Great communication and interpersonal skills – ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels?? People management skills and an ability to motivate and lead a team Experience in a high-volume credit management function Experience in dealing with external Credit providers and commercial contracts Exposure to receivership, administration and liquidations Demonstrated skills in developing, writing and delivering management reports specifically around operational metrics ?
