Your new role
As an experienced Workday Transformation Program Director, you will lead our organization's Workday implementation and transformation initiatives.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of Workday solutions across the enterprise.
Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end program, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with senior leadership, business units, and external partners.
The director will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, drive change management initiatives, and identify and mitigate risks.
You will also track and report on program performance, build and lead a high-performing team, and stay current with Workday updates and industry best practices.

What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience as a Program Director working on the strategic set-up through to the delivery of an end-to-end Workday transformation program.
Demonstrated HCM/Finance transformation experience, specifically within Workday.
Ability to set program objectives, develop long-range plans, and align the program's direction with organizational goals.
Consulting and/or education experience regarded.
Ability to lead complex programs in highly political environments.
5+ years focused on HCM/Finance Workday implementations, and strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
