In the unfortunate event of damages due to water, fire, or storms, we stand by insurance companies, providing rapid and efficient claim handling through our technological solutions and industry knowledge.
Our Expansion
As a market leader in Germany, PropertyExpert is now set to expand its innovative services to Australia, with the aim of transforming the local insurance industry.
The Role
Your role as Country Manager, reporting to the CEO in Germany, will contain:
Assemble and nurture a team of professionals including sales managers, IT software developers, and construction specialists Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team Establish and maintain robust relationships within the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance sector Propel business expansion through strategic sales initiatives Collaborate with key clients to deliver innovative and tailored solutions Adapt and localize ideas and products sourced from various geographies to suit local market needs Regularly monitor and report on financial progress against budget, including providing frequent revenue and profit forecasts Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market Coordinate with global teams to align strategies and ensure consistency in goals and objectives What you bring
Proven leadership capabilities and sales expertise Track record in launching and expanding businesses Solid grasp of technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI) Industry knowledge from the insurance and/or construction sectors Exceptional communication abilities Robust analytical and problem-solving skills How to Apply
