You will ensure efficient and effective communication, keeping owners, tenants, and contractors informed. You will carry out all necessary duties in strict accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act to keep our property management endeavors running smoothly.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day property management duties, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, legislative guidelines, and RTA requirements for permanent rentals.Provide support to the property team, tenants, and owners, responding to inquiries, maintaining databases, and ensuring up-to-date rental listings.Conduct property inspections, issue reports, and coordinate necessary maintenance and tenant notices, ensuring high standards of property care.Process tenant applications, create and manage rental advertisements, and distribute promotional materials such as weekly flyers to relevant teams and platforms.Collaborate with senior property managers and team members, assisting with portfolio management and ensuring premium customer service for tenants and owners.Manage property management systems, maintain accurate records, and assist with Banklink & Rental Rewards, while identifying opportunities to convert properties into the Accor Apartments & Realty holiday letting pool.Skills and ExperienceCurrent QLD Real Estate Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).Experience using Console Cloud or other Property Management Software is beneficial but not essential.Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.At Accor, we welcome you as you are.
