You will also have;Real estate salesperson registration certificate or similar or working towards completion (desirable)1-3 years' experience in the property industry;Strong financial analysis experience on tenancy related information;General knowledge of local Brisbane office market; andKnowledge of Yardi (desirable).About the RoleThe primary responsibility of the Assistant Property Manager is to assist with the day-to-day management of the QLD portfolio and support the ACT Property Management Team.
