Hike to hidden waterfalls, savour culinary experiences at restaurants and rooftop bars, or engage your senses in captivating art exhibitions and live theatre performances.
Purpose As Assistant Property Manager, you will be the vital support beam for our Property Management team in all aspects of Residential Property Management.
You will be the beacon of efficient and effective communication, ensuring owners, tenants, and contractors are always in the loop.
You will carry out all necessary duties, in strict accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act, to keep our property management endeavours running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day property management duties, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, legislative guidelines, and RTA requirements for permanent rentals.Provide support to the property team, tenants, and owners, responding to inquiries, maintaining databases, and ensuring up-to-date rental listings.Conduct property inspections, issue reports, and coordinate necessary maintenance and tenant notices, ensuring high standards of property care.Process tenant applications, create and manage rental advertisements, and distribute promotional materials such as weekly flyers to relevant teams and platforms.Collaborate with senior property managers and team members, assisting with portfolio management, and ensuring premium customer service for tenants and owners.Manage property management systems, maintain accurate records, and assist with Banklink & Rental Rewards, while identifying opportunities to convert properties into the Accor Apartments & Realty holiday letting pool.Skills and Experience Current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).Experience using Console Cloud or other Property Management Software is beneficial but not essential.Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Benefits ALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwideFamily & Friends Discounts - Available on a range of accommodation, services, and events for those who mean the most to you.Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Program - Earn status & reward points on your worldwide stays.Learn Your Way - Support your career development with access to Accor's industry-leading training platforms, Accor Academy and Typsy.Build Your Network - With more than 300,000 Accor professionals globally sharing the same guest passion, you have the ability to grow your hospitality network worldwide.Worldwide Opportunities - We are a world-leading hotel operator
