We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our clients integrated team and support the effective management of commercial office property portfolio based in Brisbane.
They are one of Australia's leading real estate companies, specialising in the ownership, management, and development of premium commercial office buildings.

About the Role As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Property Managers and Facilities Managers by implementing efficient business practices, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth property operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Ensure tenant compliance with lease obligations and address outstanding issues.
Conduct regular inspections of assets and provide timely feedback.
Manage and maintain tenant records to ensure they are accurate and audit-ready.
Assist in preparing tenancy-related documentation Support the annual audit process for assigned assets.
Collaborate with teams to roll out tenant engagement programs and events.
Assist with financial reporting, including tenant arrears, invoice verification, and budget preparation.
About You We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional with a strong passion for property management / administration.
Ideally, you will hold a degree in Business or Property, though equivalent experience in a similar corporate or administrative role will also be considered.
You are proficient in MS Word and Excel, possess strong numerical and analytical abilities, and have a solid understanding of legal documentation, property fundamentals, and basic accounting principles.
A proactive mindset, combined with excellent time-management skills, ensures that you can effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
