Job Description: Are you an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology, marketplace development, and data-driven decision-making?

Responsibilities: AI/ML Leadership: As a co-founder, you will be the driving force behind the AI/ML direction of the company.
You will lead the development and integration of intelligent algorithms and models into our platform, enhancing user experiences and delivering valuable insights.Model Development: Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models that address key challenges in fund manager due diligence.
Focus on creating scalable and efficient AI solutions that can handle large datasets.Data Insights: Develop algorithms and tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, combining textual and numerical information.
These insights will enhance decision-making for our users.Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO and the rest of the founding team to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of AI/ML components with the overall platform architecture.Product Innovation: Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our AI/ML capabilities.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporate relevant technologies into our platform.Team Building: As a co-founder, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a world-class AI/ML engineering team.
Recruit, mentor, and inspire top talent to drive the company's AI vision.Scalability & Security: Ensure that AI/ML components are built to scale as our user base grows and that security measures are in place to protect user data and transactions.Qualifications: Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer with a track record of successful projects.Strong background in AI/ML, including hands-on experience with building and deploying models.Experience designing, deploying, and scaling vector databases.Proficiency with modern software development languages and tools, including Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and in heavily regulated industries.Previous experience in marketplace development is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.What We Offer: The opportunity to co-found and shape the future of a dynamic startup.Equity ownership and leadership in strategic decisions.A collaborative and innovative work environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact in finance and funds management.If you are a visionary AI/ML technologist who is ready to co-found a groundbreaking startup and lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, we would love to hear from you.
