Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)Inspirations Paint is Australia's leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets.
We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams.
A permanent part-time position is available at our Ballina (NSW) company store.
You may also be required to work at the Byron Bay store.As part of the DuluxGroup, a leading marketer and manufacturer of premium branded products, Inspirations Paint employees are part of Australia's largest network of paint stores, serving both retail (DIY) and trade (professional/commercial) markets.Previous experience within the paint industry is preferred as the paint industry is a specialised industry and we pride ourselves on providing accurate and professional advice to our customers.
Any relevant personal experience in home improvement projects or within the paint or hardware industries is an advantage.The current position is available for immediate start for an enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to develop their career.

Store hours are 6:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am to 12:00pm Saturday.
You will be required to work Saturdays on rotation.Responsibilities include:Providing an exceptional customer experience to our retail and trade customersColour matching, tinting, and mixing paintFollowing the "Inspirations Way"Being the source of knowledge and advice for our customers in the areas of paint and protective coatingsSales, stock control, and merchandisingStore presentation and housekeepingPrioritising Workplace Health & SafetyExperience / Attributes:Demonstrated exceptional customer service and focusPride in presentation, both self and storeAble to contribute and work in a team environmentProven sales experience and knowledge of paint and associated productsApproachable, confident, and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or complaintsAttention to detail, initiative, and the ability to learn new systemsHonest, reliable, and punctualThis role involves heavy lifting up to 23kgsIf you have knowledge of the paint industry, are enthusiastic and motivated, and have a genuine interest in people and providing an exceptional customer experience, we would like to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
