Monadelphous | Senior E&I Supervisor | Perth

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Senior E&I Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:4 roster.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this high-paced position will lead the E&I Supervisors and wider team through the planning, coordination, and execution of E&I activities.
This position will also be responsible for ensuring all electrical/instrumentation work and associated documentation is compliant with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; as well as the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.
What you will bring Demonstrable experience as a Senior E&I Supervisor/Superintendent in the Oil & Gas sector Cert III in Electro Technology, Cert III in Instrumentation, EEHA Certification and a current Australian Electrical License Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders, both client and internal.
Experience with successfully planning and preparing a running portfolio of works (Manning, job readiness, mobilisation, etc) Driven to meet project deadlines and committed dates Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport Experience working in PNG or Internationally (preferred) Life at Monadelphous
