Reliability Engineer/ Service Technician

Reliability Engineer/ Service TechnicianBased at West Sunshine VIC, covering southern region VIC, SA & TAS.
A Reliability Engineer is a vital role to help build our market position by supporting the business through before and after sales support improving our client Safety, Reliability & Efficiency.
Your role: Rebuild rotable equipment such as gearboxes, fans and pumps.Manage a team of Service technicians.Ensure all Job Safety Analysis records for all technicians for all jobs are collated.Provide the full suite of corrective service & condition monitoring services.Installation work and project management.Collaborate with application teams and regional sales teams.Submit activity reports as required.What you need: Tertiary or Trade qualified & Formal Vibration Qualification.Strong customer relationship management with a flexible approach to market challenges.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to negotiate and handle conflicts at all levels.Valid Driver's Licence.Willingness and availability to travel.Why us?
