Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)

With a great story and history, this organisation has experienced ongoing year on year growth and with several key recent leadership appointments, is preparing itself for its next phase of growth which includes a 5-year targeted growth plan incorporating expansion both within and outside of WA.
A key focus will be on existing tier 1 clients with existing key areas which include construction, shutdowns and maintenance works.
North Lane have been exclusively engaged to source a Business Systems Specialist – Pronto to support the ongoing growth and maturity of our clients systems and applications.
There are currently a number of business wide applications across various departments that are required to be completed in the coming months.
A number of these have been developed in both Power Apps and Power Automate.
Offered on a full time basis in the range of $140-$150k + super, reporting to the head of IT and based in their West Perth office, Some of the key outcomes for this role will include:
Assist with the development and implementation of features within Pronto Cloud ERP.
Assist with the development and maintenance of Cognos reports.
Assist with systems management of Pronto Cloud ERP, including user management.
Assist with systems management of third-party products that are integrated with Pronto Cloud ERP, like Flow Centric.
Assist with frontline support of Pronto Cloud ERP and the point of escalation to external support vendors.
Support with business systems scoping activities.
Provide regular reporting on progress against critical milestones.
Assist with the support of business systems.
Your background:
Great people skills and the ability to build trust is a must.
You will ideally also have:
Previous experience with Pronto Cloud ERP and Flow Centric.
Previous implementation/development experience with Pronto Cloud ERP.
Previous experience with developing Cognos reports.
Ability to communicate effectively with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to develop system scope and business case documentation.
Proven problem-solving capability with a high level of resilience and resolve.
