Gelare Cafe in West Perth is looking for a friendly and all-rounded store managerAt Gelare, a Cafe Manager is more than a leader; they are the heart of our customer experience.
As the face of Gelare, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, craft delightful menus, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Your innovative spirit and commitment to excellence will drive our success, making every visit to Gelare not just a treat, but a memorable experience.

The store manager will oversee the day to day operations including ordering, rostering, banking, training, stock control, maintaining audits, and ensuring that our customer service levels are maintained at a high standards.
The successful candidate will be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week across weekdays and weekends and have prior retail and barista experience.
Prior managerial experience is preferable.A Food Safety Supervisor Training Certificate is required for this position, however, we can support you to get this qualification if required.
Training will be provided.
