We are on the lookout for an incredible Human to apply for this exciting opportunity in the MX team and we're on the hunt for our next Team Coach. We help customers make the most of their cover.
We provide quick and easy help that also helps them help themselves.
We strive to ensure at every interaction customers see and experience the value of being with ahm so they stay with us longer
What's the gig? You're obsessed about ensuring customers' expectations are exceeded, that means at times, you'd even jump on to help handle customer enquiries.
You are empowered to make day-to-day decisions and trade-offs to achieve our quest.
You ensure my squad is aligned and team members are clear on what's important and where we need to prioritise our efforts.
