About the RoleGrow your career in our supportive team as Mineral Technologies' newest graduate engineer.
Reporting to the department lead, the responsibilities for this role include:
Assist with technical investigations and design calculations to form the backbone of engineering decisionsBe part of a project team, ensuring that project deliverables and customer requirements are metAssist project managers and engineers with activities such as engineering specifications, calculations, procurement, design, construction and commissioningContribute to the development of a wide range of department and project documentation in line with customer requirements, minimum design standards and quality standardsAssist lead engineers and discipline engineers in developing engineering design deliverablesAbout You Bachelor's degree in mechanical, structural, chemical or process engineeringProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applicationsAbility to communicate effectively in written and oral mediums with peers and clientsGeneral familiarity with safety systems and safe design practicesTechnical aptitude, good analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer Employee benefits including health and wellness initiativesAccess to Downer Group benefitsPersonalised career development and growth working with an industry leading teamCompetitive remuneration packageSafety focused culture working within in leading services industryManagement support coupled with ongoing training and mentoringCareer enhancing opportunity to work within an ASX limited companyAs an employer who embraces Equal Opportunity and promotes diversity, we encourage men and women of all ages and backgrounds, including Indigenous Australians, to apply.
