Internal Recruitment Consultant

We are working with one of Australia's leading Employers of Choice based in the CBD.
They are seeking an experienced recruiter to join their internal team.
This is not your ordinary internal team.
Our client has built an exceptional team that is adept and capable of working as a TEAM to deliver the business results across ANZ.
You will be working with a team that prides itself on providing an exceptional experience both to candidates and stakeholders, which has led them to be finalists in Seek Star Awards 2 years running.
This role is based in the CBD & is 5 days in office 8:30am - 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including pipelining talent.Manage end to end recruitment of a range of professional services roles.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers by providing high caliber candidates and ensuring the recruitment process remains seamless.Ensure accuracy of reporting across the ATS Jobadder and relevant systems.About you:Strong ability to manage a high volume of live roles (15-22) while maintaining quality of hire.The ability to work to service level agreements & metrics.2 years' experience in recruitment with a focus on professional level services such as business support, HR, Sales, Marketing, Blue Collar or Generalist exposure.Our client's ideal experience is ex-agency recruiters.As a market leader, our client has some exceptional benefits on offer.
This role is due to GROWTH & ideally our client would like to start someone ASAP.
They are open to working holiday visa candidates and those who require a transfer of their current sponsorship visa.
