At Estia Health, we are a place where everyone belongs with a purpose to enrich and celebrate life together.It's our people that make the difference, which is why we offer a caring, people-centered workplace where employees are valued and empowered with opportunities to learn and grow.Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care.About the roleReporting directly to the Head of People & Culture Business Partnering, as our P&C Advisor you will provide ad-hoc day-to-day support to our Business Partnering team on activities such as:people complianceroster reviewspolicy & procedure updatesbusiness casestemplate reviewsemployee grievances and disciplinary mattersEnterprise Agreement negotiationsSupport our Head of IR/ER with Enterprise Agreement NegotiationsYou will also provide leave coverage for our Business Partners, giving you exposure to a variety of stakeholders and HR experiences.This role is very agile and adapts to the ever-changing support needs of our industry and our team.
