About the role As part of our continued growth and focus on delivering quality service to our customers, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the General Manager of Service, you will be ultimately responsible for providing the day-to-day support of service delivery within the designated contracts assigned to your portfolio.
This role will include acting as the primary contact to your customer base, providing customer support, resource planning and an ability to optimise the revenue from the accounts.
Your experience in the service industry will set us apart from our competitors.
A key part of the role is leading and managing a team of Service Schedulers to assist you in the delivery of our trade services to your customer base.
Your leadership is pivotal in managing and supporting a high-performing, results-driven team.
