A place to make a difference: Here you're empowered to make a difference in children's lives as the Retail Store Manager of our new concept Croydon Op Shop, where you'll be at the forefront of driving our retail vision.
Your role will involve leading a diverse team of volunteers, inspiring them to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store targets.
From managing the volunteer roster to spearheading local marketing campaigns, you'll play a pivotal role in maximising profits while creating positive change.
You will make a difference by: Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store targetsProviding ongoing mentoring, coaching, training and support for volunteersAssisting to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activitiesManaging the volunteer roster and ensure shifts are coveredCollaborating with the retail team to drive sales and maximise profitsA place to feel valued: Your leadership experience in retail, training and customer service is invaluable.
