If this sounds like something you would enjoy, we'd love to have you along for the rideAbout the RoleAs the Estimating Team Leader, the goal is to pursue operational excellence while positioning ourselves for success.
We are looking for someone eager to contribute, take ownership, and be a vital part of our foundational team.Key Responsibilities include:Maintain and develop new product pricing, including variation price books.Provide detailed Sales Estimating, including full take-offs and tender pricing, covering base house costs, site expenses, and upgrade requests.Completing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for labour and materials.Maintain Databuild database including cost centres, items, and supplier pricing.ETS management.About YouMust have experience with Databuild and Excel (Bonus points if you have used Clickhome)Strong experience in the Residential Construction IndustryExceptional problem-solving skills combined with a proactive mindset when facing challenges.Fantastic new head office location in Docklands conveniently situated near public transport, sports facilities, and shopping areas.Learning and Professional Development opportunities within a growing business.Oh
