Qualification & Work Experience
Relevant Certificate III or above Minimum 1 year work experience Experience in the delivery of personal care services and/or challenging behaviours is viewed favourably.

Service Provision :
Support client engagement in community activities that enhance quality of life through the provision of person-centric care.
Work cooperatively with the coordinator of services to develop effective communication and productive relationships with clients.
Supervise or provide a wide range of personal care services to clients under limited supervision, either individually or as part of a team in the delivery of disability services.
Support clients' goals and aspirations while maintaining an environment free from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and other misconduct.
Provision of care in line with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Code of Conduct and compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.
Collaboration :
Work with the relevant team to develop a person-centred approach for clients.
Participate in case reviews to determine the needs and wellbeing of the client.
Attend staff meetings, operations meetings, and other relevant stakeholder meetings as required.
Record Keeping and Administrative Tasks :
Monitor clients' wellbeing and progress reporting.
Perform administrative duties.
Regular house audit reporting and compliance with any other reports required.
Team Management :
Supervise disability support workers (DSW) to ensure clients are provided with support and services in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct, quality and safety, and relevant company policies and procedures.
Provide regular coaching and feedback to DSW in the team.

Pay : $70,000.00 – $76,000.00 per year
