CBC Facilities Maintenance Pty Ltd is experiencing exciting growth in our journey. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled Bid and Tender Manager to join our Business Development Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and delivering high-quality tender submissions, supporting the company's growth strategy through the acquisition of new business opportunities. We are open to if this role could be based from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
What we offer: Competitive remuneration package dependent on skills and experienceHybrid workingOngoing training and developmentAbout the Role: The Bid and Tender Manager will take charge of overseeing all tendering activities, ensuring a seamless process from inception to submission. Collaborating with our Executive Leadership Team, you will leverage your expertise in bid management to strengthen CBC's competitive positioning in the market.
You will work across our business units, supporting the identification, preparation, and submission of tenders to win new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Scope of Role:Manage and oversee tender submissions, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliveryCollaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to identify, assess, and convert business opportunitiesCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless tender processesSource and negotiate with subcontractors to secure favourable terms aligned with company protocolsBuild and maintain a network of industry contacts and service delivery partnershipsMonitor competitors, market conditions, and client needs to develop competitive tendersDevelop and implement a clear tender strategy to support the company's business growthProvide detailed reporting and insights to the Executive Leadership Team on tender progress and outcomesAbout You:Proven experience in bid and tender management, with a track record of success in winning contractsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsBackground in Facilities Management or Construction is highly desirableExceptional project management skills and the ability to meet conflicting deadlinesExcellent written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling proposals tailored to client needsDemonstrated ability to analyse and respond effectively to complex tender requirementsHigh-level negotiation and influencing skillsAdaptability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational involvementDiversity and Inclusion We are committed to fostering a workforce that reflects the diverse society in which we live and work.
