About your new position:
You will play an integral role as a technical and subject matter expert for our Coupa S2P (Source to Pay) environment.
Your scope of work involves current Coupa modules integrated with SAP, Mincom Ellipse, and other ERPs, along with systems like Boomi and PowerBI.
You'll collaborate with colleagues on internal and external audits, monitoring, reporting, and the continuous evaluation of our systems and processes.
Reporting structure:
Reporting to the Coupa Global Support Manager, you'll work closely with the Regional Middleware Lead and other Regional Support teams (e.g., ERP, infrastructure).
You'll manage third-party service provider resources to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Governance and Supplier Risk Management Value realisation Product improvements including change and release management Catalogue Strategy & Management User engagement, communication, training, etc.
To effectively perform, you shall need:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and experience in an S2P environment Understanding of Coupa and associated ERPs Familiarity with Systems Analytics and Reporting tools Customer-focused project management skills Proficient communication and facilitation skills The ability to travel occasionally to engage with stakeholders regionally What's in it for you?
