The Role:
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term role within the Nutrition and Food Services department.
You will be responsible for the provision of high-quality nutritional care to paediatric patients and their families within the inpatient and outpatient setting.
The grade 1 position is rotational 6 monthly or as per operational requirements; therefore, provision of nutritional care across specialist areas is a requirement of this position.
What you'll achieve:
Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient care is integrated and effective Provide nutritional care to paediatric patients (inpatients and outpatients) and nutritional support across a variety of specialist/medical units Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including food service and formula room staff, to ensure patient and ward needs are addressed effectively Your skills and experience:
Eligibility for full Membership of Dietitians Australia Eligibility for the Accredited Practising Dietitian Program Minimum postgraduate degree Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent Other requirements:
Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain Valid Working with Children Check Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain Compliance with RCH's "Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases" procedure Application process:
