Leisure Attendant – Canungra Area Golf Club

Canungra Area Golf Club invites applications to work in our Clubhouse.
If you enjoy working in the golf industry, don't mind listening to golf stories over and over, and aspire to be part of a growing golf facility, this role could be your perfect match.
The Role Working in our Clubhouse providing first contact customer interaction.
This is a casual role requiring availability to work between 10 - 15 hours a week and requires flexibility to work during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays.
Shifts will be on a rotating roster.
Main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Replenish food and beverage amenitiesOperate POS register and effectively handle cash as requiredKeep the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared, wiping down tables and moreCleaning of bar area, bar open and close proceduresIn-house restockingAnswering telephone callsScheduling tee-times and golf cart reservationsSelling merchandiseCleaning and maintaining men's and ladies' toiletsCleaning and maintaining golf cartsParking and locking golf carts at the end of the dayPerforming other duties when directed or when necessaryComplying with all food and beverage regulationsFollowing all established safety procedures.Requirements preferred but not essential Excellent customer service skills.Motivated to learn new skills and techniques.Friendly, positive, energetic disposition.Excellent communication skills.Previous food hygiene experience.Ability to work under pressure and multitask during peak periods.Current RSA Certificate.We foster an environment of inclusion at the Canungra Area Golf Club and make hiring decisions based on experience, skill and passion.
