We specialise in offering repair solutions to complex and challenging projects within the insurance and private repair/renovation sector.
Our focus is on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and also fostering a positive employee base.
Qualifications & Experience Ideally a Carpentry or similar trade background, proven experience in estimating, scoping works & writing reports for a diverse range of construction works.Must be proficient with IT and have a sound understanding of Excel and experience in estimating software.
You will have sound computer & typing skills, with experience in using tablets, smart phones & prior exposure to workflow management systems.Strong time and organisational management skills with the ability to work autonomously.Experience in the insurance industry looked upon favourably.Experience with Prime Eco System and/or Build-Exact looked upon favourably.Tasks & Responsibilities Accurately performing take offs from plans and site measurements to compile an accurate bill of materials.Ability to collaborate with project managers, designers, and suppliers to gather all necessary information for accurate estimates.Prepare and submit tenders accurately and within timeframes.Compile detailed causation reports and scopes of works.Studying tender documentation for preparation of scopes/estimates.Additional Information Flexible working arrangements.Friendly and supportive company culture.Regular reviews of performance/remuneration package.All equipment supplied needed to perform role and tasks.If interested in talking directly, please phone - Dan.
