Overview: Full-time, Continuing positionSalary HEW 8 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working ArrangementsBased at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working About YouThe Senior Advisor, Educational Quality reports to the Lead, Educational Quality and plays a crucial role in ensuring and enhancing the overall quality of academic programs and administrative processes for higher education learning and teaching in the university. This position requires highly organised and detail-oriented attention for engaging in quality management activities and a deep understanding of university L&T operations. The Senior Advisor collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes, with the goal of promoting continuous improvement and academic excellence throughout the institution. To be successful in this position, you'll have as a minimum: Ability to partner strongly with stakeholders across the sector to support the attainment of a second line of defence of academic quality.Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.Demonstrated organisational skills with high attention to detail.Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated proficient use of relevant software applications, tools for data analysis and reporting.Demonstrated ability to interpret policy, procedure and legislation and to ensure best practice in all academic quality areas.
