A bit about your role The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and management of specific product(s) that deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions to the target segments.
The Senior Product Manager works with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the product with the nbn corporate and customer strategy, customer needs, network capabilities, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
The Senior Product Manager manages the product lifecycle, from opportunity identification, business case development, execution, launch, and post-launch performance evaluation and embedment.
The Senior Product Manager monitors and improves the product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and identifies opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
The Senior Product Manager is a key contributor to the market competitiveness and success of nbn and acts as the product champion and expert within the organization and the industry.
A bit about you If this role sounds like a good match for you, it is likely that you will have extensive experience in product management, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industries.
Deep understanding and experience of commercial product/category management; coupled with significant experience in CX, Product Management, Product Development and developing Product Strategies.
Ideally you will have strong understanding of customer segmentation and channels to market with the ability to turn customer insight into market differentiation and competitive advantage.
Exceptional ability to generate and present compelling business insights and analysis with the added ability to springboard from those insights to tangible action.
As an exceptional communicator, you will have the confidence to negotiate and have strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, across multiple business units, various levels of seniority.
