Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based in Mackay , the Mechanical Service Technician (preferably holding dual trade) will be responsible for performing hands-on complex maintenance to all HVAC systems and working on various ongoing and upcoming jobs in the Central Queensland region.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Perform hands-on complex maintenance to all HVAC systems Provide technical support as required Conduct detailed inspections of buildings/sites Install refrigerant pipe work, flow controls and accessories Provide quotations for service job or installation works Develop strong relationships with customers Desired Skills and Experience What makes you stand out
The ideal candidate will demonstrate their experience in HVAC service, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:
Possess relevant State and National Trade Licences (including but not limited to ARCTick, NREL, Construction Induction etc) Possess a valid Drivers' Licence for the state of employment Exceptional time management Ability to work under pressure Culture
