The Role : Nido is home to over 3000 passionate team members and as our People Operations Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for all queries directed to the People team.
Based in our Sydney Support Office, you will be working closely with our People Director and HR Business Partners in a variety of activities which support our operational goals, enhance our culture and positively impact on our overall employee experience.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include : Managing the HR InboxAssist with 1st level employee enquiries such as Policy, Award and pay and classification questionsAd Hoc contracts for new hiresAssisting HR Business Partners with employee and manager questionsCo-ordinating the updates to HR policies and proceduresPeople reporting – Monthly and quarterly reports, exit and onboarding reporting and other ad hoc requests as requiredManage HR SystemsAssist with HR projects as requiredBenefits : Competitive Salary PackageDiscounted Bupa MembershipFree Yearly Flu ShotGreat waterfront location next to Birkenhead Shopping OutletFree Coffee from Local CaféBe part of a company that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of childrenAbout You : Valid Right to Work in AustraliaDegree in a related field would be desirablePrevious experience in Human ResourcesExperience in Award interpretation and managing employee and manager questionsExperience in using Microsoft Office Suites and confident in reportingGood organisational and time management skillsAttention to detail, combined with the ability to communicate conciselyStay calm under pressure and meet deadlinesConfident and can demonstrate using initiativeIf you are interested or would like to find out more, CLICK APPLY NOW
