Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.The RoleJoin our People & Talent team as People & Talent Coordinator based at Kieser's National Clinic Support Office in South Melbourne. The P&T Coordinator will support both People (HR) and Talent (Recruitment) activities and be responsible for overseeing Kieser's Student Placement Program and executing the University and Industry Events Calendar.Key Responsibilities include:Overseeing Kieser Student Placement Program operations and manage dedicated inboxCoordinate University and Industry Recruitment event plans and materials with the Events Coordinator and Talent LeadManage incoming hiring requests and job advertisement postings for internal and external vacanciesMaintain Kieser's Career Page and prepare Weekly Careers communicationSupport the optimisation of Kieser's Applicant Tracking SystemSupport Head of Department with adhoc reporting and generalist HR tasksIf you're passionate about furthering your HR career and making a meaningful impact in a team of dedicated professionals, we want to hear from youThis is a full-time role (Mon-Fri) with flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity.Qualifications & CertificationsEssentialSuperior organisational and administrative skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationExperience managing both internal and external stakeholdersExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated ability to maintain discretion & confidentiality with regard to private or sensitive mattersDesirable:Minimum 1-2 years experience working in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HRTertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Recruitment or replated disciplineBenefitsComplimentary access to our strength and conditioning facility + concessional fees for family membersComprehensive induction and ongoing professional developmentCareer pathways within KieserWellbeing Program1 day of Recharge Leave and a half day of Birthday LeaveAn unbeatable team culture, fun working environment and social eventsLeadership Program for aspiring leaders12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carersDiversity & InclusionWe value inclusion and diversity and are committed to creating a safe, confident, and celebratory work environment.
