Are you someone who has a passion for developing relationships with partners, cultivating a channel ecosystem and supporting the full-cycle sales journey of a product?
PaperCut Software is currently looking for someone to join our Partner Enablement team to help support and guide our channel and customers.
Reporting to the Sales and Channel Stream Lead APAC, this is a full-time hybrid fixed-term contract until February 2026, based in our Melbourne office 3 days a week.
Some of the things you'll do... Respond to partner and customer inquiries, across product, commercial, administrative, and reporting requests.
Create strong relationships with our partners, ensuring easy communication both ways.
Support Strategic Partner Managers by generating reports and data pools, analysing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations where relevant.
Support global projects to increase engagement across Partners and resellers.
Support customer orders, purchase orders, cancellations, and payments.
A little about you... Ability to work across an organisation to provide end-to-end solutions, understanding the value of different areas of a business bring to the product.
Ability to build and drive technical and creative relationships.
Ability to articulate how complex technical solutions can solve a customer problem.
Understanding of the product licensing process end-to-end.
