We have just started the search for a number of highly motivated individuals to join our team providing support to one of our largest clients.
This varied and challenging role will be exciting for people who want to deepen their Service Centre skills and work in a large, welcoming team to support very significant Queensland institutions.
This role could be your next big thing if you pride yourself on your teamwork, professionalism, and ability to work well under pressure.
RoleIn this role you will be expected to support: Microsoft Server and Desktop productsActive Directory & Exchange access managementCitrix hosted desktop environmentsDesktop hardware configuring & troubleshootingProven track record of success in a Helpdesk / Service Desk environmentThe following would also be viewed advantageously: Experience and strong working knowledge of ticketing systems, SLA's, and time sheetingITIL understanding, specifically around best practice IT services, operations, and processesA history of outstanding performance in customer service rolesAs a Service Centre Analyst, you will demonstrate most, if not all of these skills and abilities:
Strong attention-to-detail, highly developed problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesInitiative and flexibility within the workplaceEnergy, integrity, reliability, and accountability are must-haves for this positionExcellent time management skillsWell-developed written & verbal communication skillsSuperior interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with our clients' staff at all levelsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing ICT Service Centre in a great location, with a wonderful team culture and supportive working environment.
