This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of customers which include some of Australia's largest retailers.
What you will be responsible for:
Build a deep understanding of our customers' business and their current and emerging payment needs.
Share ideas and Quest solutions that can continually improve how our customers manage the payment needs of their customers.
Responsible for day-to-day account management functions of a set of defined strategic customer accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff at all levels in our customer's business built on strategic alignment, advocacy, and trust.
Effectively manage internal Quest stakeholders so customers' business goals and projects are delivered on time and at or above agreed service levels.
Represent the customers' interest within Quest to ensure good alignment and strong delivery.
Ensure our obligations to customers are met and successfully manage escalations.
Ensure issues and risks are proactively identified and manage issues while serving as an escalation point for customers.
We are looking for someone who is:
Commercially insightful and has an ability to define and solve problems for customers.
A proven and experienced Relationship Manager ready for their next challenge.
Consultative and customer-focused, with good communication skills.
Capable of partnering effectively with and delivering for our customers.
Able to engage and influence with credibility across a diverse set of stakeholders and different customer groups.
Comfortable building effective relationships across all levels of management and thrives off collaboration and great teamwork.
Excited about working in the dynamic world of payments for a medium-sized Fintech.
Payments experience would be helpful.
Self-motivated, resilient, and a collaborative team player with an attitude to get things done.
