THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Sales & Design Showroom Consultant based in Capalaba.
This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail team - reporting to the Store Manager.
This position is casual (approx 20 hrs / wk) and involves working on a roster to include Saturdays.
No Sundays or evenings
RESPONSIBILITIES Customer interaction and relationship building face to face, by email and over the phone Designing and selling of Stratco products Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders Commitment to continual growth, learning & training Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment ABOUT YOU Essential – Computer and data entry skills Essential - Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry Essential – Availability to work two Saturdays per month - 9am to 2pm Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing Desirable - Forklift licence & experience Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty Whilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart REWARDS & BENEFITS Health & Wellbeing Initiatives | Traineeship & Apprentice Program | Career Development Opportunities | Paid Parental Leave | Employee Referral Incentive | Stratco Team Member Discount Card | Private Health Corporate Discount | Flu Vaccinations | Employee Assistance Program
