Are you driven and highly organised, looking for the chance to join a growing business and highly engaged strata management team? Our Client:Our Client office is in the heart of CBD and are seeking a Strata Assistant to join their successful team.
They are committed to looking at and improving every aspect of the Strata Management service.
This is a great opportunity to join a team of professional, experienced, qualified and friendly strata managers, headed up by an amazing director who is known for their great rapport with both staff and Clients
The Role:Working Monday to Friday, you will be supporting a Senior Strata Manager.
Day to day your duties as a Strata Assistant will include:
Being the first point of contact for all Executive Committees, Owners & TenantsLiaising with Owners Corporation as requiredArrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works requiredPrepare agendas and minutes for meetingsRisk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)Issuing Keys to contractors, owners & tenantsThe Candidate: Ideally have Real Estate or Strata experience or happy to consider people with administration experience in any industryWell versed with StrataMaster is a plus - however not essentialHave a Certificate of Registration OR willing to obtainExcellent communicator – both written & verbalStrong administration skillsThe Benefits: No car neededMONDAY TO FRIDAY - No weekendsGreat reputation with lots of internal progressionsFull Training and Support providedInspiring management teamGreat salary on offerCareer progression assuredTo Apply:Please call Isabelle Bourgeois on or email your CV to .
