The organisation has newly acquired several new projects in high-end boutique apartments.
Therefore, they are seeking for 2x Site Manager & 2x General Foreman to deliver quality projects.
THE ROLEBeing an established builder, recognised for their high-end finishes achieved through best-in-class people, processes and projects, the opportunity will allow the incumbent Site Manager & General Foreman to manage the end-to-end delivery of this luxury-build as well as:
Take ownership and lead site safety managementSupervise and coordinate high-end finishes tradesRead, interpret designs and ensure correct delivery of plansMonitor program and lead the team to meet project milestonesQuality assure and lead the rectification of defectsCANDIDATE PROFILETo be considered for this position, you MUST have:
A strong track record in the Sydney Market as a Site Manager, Foreman OR Leading HandA strong tenure with a strong Tier 2 OR Tier 3 BuilderA strong track record with HIGH-END luxury finishesHave delivered multiple residential OR aged-care projects from beginning to endCarpentry background will be highly regardedBENEFITS TO YOUIn return, you will be joining a top tier Construction partner who have already acquired several projects to take them through to 2024.
