How will I help?
As a State Manager in our Trade and Invoice Finance business, you have the chance to make a real impact
You'll develop a small team and grow the Trade and Invoice Finance business across the State, proactively managing and optimising risk and capital and leading a service revolution - giving our customers a great experience
As an inspirational leader, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to coach and mentor your team and take their performance to the next level, driving profitability and market share.

What do I need?
We're looking for a seasoned commercial business banker with experience leading a high performing sales team.
You'll be commercially focused, resilient, risk astute, able to deal with complexity, and ideally bring an understanding of working capital, trade and invoice finance.
A natural people-person, your impressive track record in driving business performance and living a customer centric culture will make you a standout
