Lifestyle Assistant | St Luke's Green Aged Care Australian Unity's Better Together social model of ageing well offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in a number of areas across Australia.
Do you want to make a difference working to assist the lives of the elderly, building relationships and connections in a rewarding community?
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Lifestyle Assistant to join our friendly team in Woolloongabba on a Part Time basis 2 days per week working Thursday and Friday.

What does your new role look like?
Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery Ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction at all times Communicating effectively with residents, families, and volunteers Assisting with care plans and programs Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed About you:
Certification in Lifestyle and Leisure - preferred or relevant experience Experience in Aged Care, Community Living, or Health Services Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service Proven initiative and the ability to think outside the box when tailoring activities Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19 (2 Doses) If you're seeking a role with real purpose and where you can create meaningful customer relationships - please apply today.
